This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the Development Smart Solutions APP LLC ("Owner") from the Customer ("Customer") in relation to the use of the Tripo product ("Product").

Tripo, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Services, may use cookies as described in Cookie notice.

We collaborate with various advertising services, including Google Ads, Meta for ad placement and measurement. To optimize ad delivery on our platforms, we may share information such as a unique advertising identifier (e.g., Advertising ID on Android devices) with these services. This data helps advertisers decide which ads to show users on partner sites.

Additionally, we utilize selected advertising and measurement services (for example, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Microsoft) to understand user interactions with ads, enabling us to provide effective marketing and measurement services for our own campaigns. Information Sharing The Owner may share the Customer's personal information with third-party service providers who assist in the operation and maintenance of the Product. These service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Data Security The Owner takes reasonable measures to protect the Customer's personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and the Owner cannot guarantee absolute security.
